Diecast 64 Lightweight Downhill Dash Results

We ended up having 16 cars entered into the lightweight downhill dash. They raced on our 24 foot four lane track. The cars were divided up into groups of 4.  Each car raced 4 times, once in each lane. Points were awarded by place.
1st place - 4 points
2nd place - 3 points
3rd place - 2 points
4th place - 1 points
The 2 cars with the highest point totals move on to the next round.

Round 1

9th and 10th Place Race

The top 4 cars that didn't make it to the 2nd round raced off for 9th and 10th place.

Round 2

Eight cars made it to round 2. Cars were divided into 2 groups of 4.  The top 2 cars from each group move on to the finals.  Those that don't make it to the finals will face off to determine 5th - 8th place.

5th - 8th Place Race

The 4 cars from round 2 that didn't make it to the finals competed for 5th - 8th place.
